The mission of the four-year Translation and Interpreting undergraduate programme is to train future translators/interpreters as professionals who can compete in both public and private sectors with the skills, knowledge, and professional ethics required for the profession. During the four-year programme, students are trained to meet the expectations of the business world and the European Union.

It is the vision of our department to become a center of translation and interpreting studies, offering undergraduate and postgraduate education in each and every field of translation and interpreting studies as well as conducting research and producing publications in international standards.
